• each piece is hand made to order (with love <3), i appreciate your patience while i work to fulfill your order

• pre-order items will ship in 5-6 weeks — this is a maximum estimate, most orders will ship sooner. pre-order items require a waiting period as I will be ordering supplies after your orders are placed.

• made to order items will ship in up to 3-4 weeks — this is a maximum estimate, most orders will ship sooner

• ready to ship items will ship within 7 business days

• once shipped, the estimated time for delivery is 3-7 business days for US orders and 3-5 weeks for international orders

all sales are final — no returns or exchanges

• in the rare event an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so i can repair your piece! please see more info under “Repairs + Adjustments”

• if your item has been lost in transit, and this has been confirmed by tracking, contact me and i will do my best to accommodate you

• every piece comes with a lifetime of service - your pieces should fit you perfectly and literally outlive you!

• while repairs and adjustments are free, i do ask that you cover shipping costs to send the item to me and i’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to you

Stainless Steel

• stainless steel is resistant to corrosion and rust — if cared for properly, your piece will last well beyond your lifetime

• to clean:

  • fill a bowl with warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap, then submerge your piece

  • rub the soapy water between the rings

  • rinse well, then dry thoroughly with a clean, lint-free towel

Brass

• over time, brass will naturally react with oxygen, sweat, moisture, etc. developing a dark, antiqued patina. follow the steps below if you would like to restore your piece to a more brilliant shine, similar to yellow or rose gold.

• to polish:

  • fill a bowl with warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap, then submerge your piece

  • rub the soapy water between the rings, then rinse well

  • fill a separate bowl with distilled white vinegar and submerge your piece for a few seconds — avoid submerging the clasp

  • rinse your piece under running water, then dip it back into the soapy water to ensure the vinegar has been washed away

  • rinse well, then dry completely with a clean towel (you can also use a hair dryer on a cool setting to ensure every crevice is thoroughly dried)

• most pieces are made with 304 stainless steel jump rings and components (o-rings, clasps, etc.) OR solid jewelers brass unless otherwise noted

• 304 stainless steel and brass are suitable for most people who do not have metal sensitivities, however they may contain traces of nickel or other metals that may cause irritation
